One dish that represents me best is my tuna ceviche with mango, avocado, cucumber, and fresh citrus, plated with clean vibrant layers and bold flavor. I also love creating luxury-style bites like caviar potatoes, sushi, tiramisu, and composed platters that turn simple ingredients into memorable experiences.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration is my father, who passed away in 2022. I was practically born into the restaurant industry, growing up around kitchens, hard work, and family businesses. Watching him cook and provide for our family shaped the chef and man I am today. He taught me discipline, passion, and how food can bring people together. Everything I build in my career carries a piece of what he taught me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it into growing my culinary business and building a stronger future for my family. I want to expand my private chef and catering work, improve equipment and branding, and continue creating elevated food experiences. Part of it would also help me create financial stability while I continue pursuing my long-term dream of building my own food brand and business.
