Chile verde with black beans. It’s a pretty unique take on chile verde that was inspired by Food & Wine in like 1988. Since then I have honed it and now vegetarianized it!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I started to cook as a small child assisting my great grandmother..her style and signature dishes are my foundation and my inspiration comes from all the flavors of the world starting with my local farmers market and outward
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start my upgrading my kitchen. It was functional for the retirees who were the original owners but it could use a real modernization…including finding me some storage!
