Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from three very different but equally important people: my grandmother, my father, and the legendary chef Robert Irvine. My grandmother was the first person who taught me that food is much more than something we eat. Growing up, her kitchen was the heart of our family. It was where stories were shared, traditions were passed down, and everyone felt welcome. She cooked without measuring cups or recipes, relying instead on experience, intuition, and love.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would finish funding my cookbook and begin to use those funds to support underprivileged communities by bringing Much needed resources.
