My signature dish is ribs! They always come out amazing. All different flavors. They’re definitely my favorite! Cooking makes me feel good and seeing people enjoy it is THE BEST! P.S. Anything I get my hands on I’m going to make it amazing.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Bobby Flay. I think I’ve seen every episode of Beat Bobby Flay. I even have a shirt with him on it. I am always watching a show with him.
What would you do with the $25,000?If and when I WIN the 25k I will go to culinary school and pay off some debt. Realistically times are hard and I have a great job. It’s a rough situation that we’re in as a whole.
