Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a toss between Trini strewed chicken, red beans and jasmine rice with a Channa salad or curry chicken! They are both hands down, the best! My husband even says it's better than his own mother's!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from my grandmother. She was born in Portugal and came to Canada in the 60's with my mother in tow. I was always in the kitchen with her from a very young age and I watched everything she did. I can make any Portuguese dish asked of me. She was the greatest!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to open a small bakery focusing on sourdough bread, pastries and selling the starter of course because it is the best! I have been making sourdough for a while now and I find it has reset my whole body, back to being healthy! I would use some of it to also pay off my mortgage, if there's any left!
