I love experimenting, reinventing, and creating something different each time. But if I had to choose, I would say the croissant. Who is your culinary inspiration?My greatest culinary inspiration is Mother Earth. Nature, the movement of water, the dance of eagles, the layers of a tree constantly inspires my creativity and brings me back to my kitchen with a renewed vision. Traveling the world and discovering cultures through people and food has also deeply shaped my cuisine. As a French chef, I’ve been inspired by visionaries like Alain Passard, Michel Bras, and Pierre Gagnaire.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to receive $25,000, I would see it as seed capital for expansion rather than personal spending. My intention would be to invest it into growing my catering company or taking the first concrete steps toward opening a pastry shop with a dedicated team. I would also actively look for a business partner to complement my skills and help structure the next stage of development.
