Receive Text UpdatesI would have to say my signature dish is my Coconut Rum cake with soft white vanilla sponge cake, coconut ganache layers. Topped with handmade coconut truffles and finished off with some of my handcrafted sugar paste tropical flowers .

What would you do with the $25,000?My husband and I would like to own a food truck that ppl get inspired and excited about Metis food , carrying on traditional easy Indigenous food :)
