Who is your culinary inspiration?I love Stephanie Izard!! I got into cooking through my own journey of being in the restaurant industry and getting over health problems. I had a surgery just before 18 that opened my world up to so many foods I have never been able to eat. So I started watching food network cause I wanted to learn. I fell in love with world cuisine but still wanted to keep things rustic and rooted in nature. I’m from a small town in Colorado so nature is in just about everything we do out here.
What would you do with the $25,000?I currently own a cottage baking buisness and if I won I would expand to a food truck so I could sell sweet and savory! I truly love both so much ❤️ Last year i was able to sell just over 10,000 net revenue just from my house and I think if I could expand what i’m able to make I could really bring some much needed variety of food to my small town in Colorado.
