Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from the joy food brings to people. There is something special about seeing someone smile after tasting a dish I prepared or feeling cared for through a meaningful dining experience. Food has the power to connect, comfort, and create lasting memories, and that is what inspires me every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in growing my creative catering business, Chef MaMo, and creating opportunities to teach others how to approach food with creativity, passion, and purpose. As an immigrant entrepreneur, this prize would help me build a stronger future, create jobs, inspire others, and continue using food to bring people together and create unforgettable memories.
