I can cook everything but of course Spanish dishes, Paella, Tapas, Tortilla Española in different versions one of tho use could be my signature dish.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My family , specially my grandmother , and also my country and the Mediterranean diet, I also love Mexican and Italian food .
What would you do with the $25,000?Invert the money in making USA know the real Spanish flavor , USA for my is the perfect country but I want it to be able to enjoy and take profit of the Spanish Culinaire culture mixing both countries customs, here in Florida I can see and feel real potential and is my dream since I am here
