Receive Text UpdatesIt’s hard to pick one. My hand rolled empanadas as well as jalapeño poppers would probably be my signature dishes. It’s what is most requested! I also created a vegetarian burger that has 19 wholesome ingredients. It took many years to perfect but are now prize winning!!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary Inspiration dates back to Julia Child. I also am inspired by Michelin star- Gordon Ramsay.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I was blessed to win the 25,000 dollars it would exclusively go towards opening a cooking studio which is my dream. I would be able to share my love of culinary so others can bring that knowledge to their dining table.
