Who is your culinary inspiration?I’m a 90’s baby I grew up watching Rachel Ray, Gordon Ramsey, Paula Dean. Watching shows like Hell’s Kitchen, Chopped, Cooking with the Neelys. I gathered from all over. Watching those inspiring forerunners and keeping a mental memo of what to do and what not to do in the kitchen has made me the cook I am today. On a more personal level, I come from a large close knit family. Sunday dinners and every celebration and holiday in between required a festive gathering.
What would you do with the $25,000?My business , ShyBytes is an up and coming local meal prep service, I also do private dining, small catering . $22,000 would go into my business, expansion, branding, education for the culinary arts and $3,000 would go into R&R, a vacation
