Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration are hungry people. I live to serve to the satisfaction of those around me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a food truck and elevate that into a mom and pops diner then move on to opening a full functioning restaurant. Persistent and perseverance is key to being successful along with talent. I feel i have what it take to do so.
