My signature dish is a rich southern creole louisiana classic. CRAWFISH Etoufee, great thing about this dish is you can switch it up with different proteins and it's still amazing as long as techniques are executed properly.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration are hungry people. I live to serve to the satisfaction of those around me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a food truck and elevate that into a mom and pops diner then move on to opening a full functioning restaurant. Persistent and perseverance is key to being successful along with talent. I feel i have what it take to do so.
