Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration was a Chef named Dave Rossitto. He was Noone famous but a guy that I learned alot from. I was 16 years old when I started to work for him as a bus boy, then dishwasher, then finally a line cook. I slowly moved up and learned the business.
What would you do with the $25,000?Well if I won the money I would take care of my family. Ive been working 2 full time jobs and have been struggling to pay bills. My girlfriend and I are doin our best to stay afloat. Maybe a small vacation that is much needed.
