Receive Text UpdatesLechon. My version is from my hometown I the Philippines. I was able to perfect it in a form of porcheta with Filipino flavors and have the crispiest skin without puncturing the skin and without it looking like pork rinds.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Currently my wife. I’ve had a lot in my career but she pushes me and my imagination to be able to create new, traditional and make it the best version we can make it.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would reinvest it in our business and help us expand.
