Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother and my mom. We used to cook everything farm to table. They really showed me the love for cooking. There are many chef that I look up to but nothing beats mom's and grandma's cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start my line of sauces to share some of my passion with the world. I would love to take my wife on the Honey moon we always planned.
