Who is your culinary inspiration?the home cooks and street food legends are my culinary inspiration— the people who learn by doing, tweak recipes by feel, and feed others out of love. Like my grandma who never measures, the taco truck owner who perfected his recipe just my love and patience of trying again and agai I’m inspired by cooks who balance technique with instinct, and who treat food as connection, not just fuel.
