Receive Text UpdatesChicken Parmesan from scratch. I make my own bread crumbs which can take days to dry out the bread. I use flour, egg and bread crumbs to coat the chicken breast after it’s been pounded thin. I top it with homemade marinara and at the end add cheese and broil. I serve the chicken Parmesan with a garlic and oil pasta and a garden salad with artichoke hearts.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Cooking along side my parents and grandparents have been extremely pivotal in my love for cooking. I’ve loved watching cooking shows/competitions since I can remember. If I was going to pick a celebrity who I could only aspire to be like it would be Bobby Flay.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to win the prize of $25,000 I would want to pay off some debt and build a very much needed new deck at my home. I would love to be able to brag a little also.
