Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary Inspiration I have several starting with Julia Chiles, Bobby Flay,Guy Fiere and Alex G. I binge watch all there shows daily they inspire me and opened up a whole new world on food taste texture fresh herbs salt &pepper how to cook meat and seafood to perfection farm to table is a game changer so I aspire to become at least a portion of what they have done in this culinary empire, I am grateful.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate to St Jude Children Hospital I'm fighting stage IV metastatic breast lower lumbar spine cancer so I sympathize with what there little bodies have to go through it's hard for me as an adult so my heart breaks for those babies. The rest I would do a start up with a food truck I just need a chance to succeed. Thank You Favorite Chef competition never gave a second thought didn't know if this was a real competition so to get picked to participate I'm Uber excite on such a stage . WOW
