Who is your culinary inspiration?Oof. My mom, aunt, grandma. I grew up eating wonderful food, I bonded with them when they taught me how to make it!
What would you do with the $25,000?Travel all over Tajikistan to make a documentary or a book of recipes from different cities/villages. We have some areas that get locked out of grocery delivery for months in winter. Like what do they cook to keep alive? I know recipes that were passed down in our family. What does a girl from up north cook? I want to tell the world about Tajik food. And I want to preserve our recipes for the next generations. They choose fast food today, which is good.. as long as it’s homecooked 💁♀️
