Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is anything that pushes me and let's me hone in on my craft while continuously learning. While I dont have 1 dish that I consider my signature I do believe that creme brules and gastriques are 2 of my favorite things to make.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is a not a person, but the idea that this industry allows you to learn each and every day and there is never going to be a time where you can confidently say that you know everything. I admire those who truly love their craft and can still be themselves with their own flare but not be afraid to try, and possibly fail when they have an idea.
What would you do with the $25,000?With that money, I would donate to my local food bank, but also use it towards growing within this industry and learning as much as I can from as many people as I can.
