Receive Text UpdatesWell, I am more of a baker. My friends and family love when I make my lavender cupcakes. I take the time to steam the milk and press the fresh lavender. You cannot miss or shortcut with using store-bought paste or extra extracts. Missing this technique makes the difference in how your flavors permeate through your dish even if I make my very popular basil lavender pasta.
Who is your culinary inspiration?my Daughter Sarah is my inspiration cooking for her when she was a child inspired me because I wanted to make her dishes that coordinated with the music that we were listening to in the kitchen. We put on a little Spanish music if we wanted to put a little spice in her dish a little Mediterranean music if we were making eggplant . She is the one who inspires me the most and she has become a wonderful Chef at Ironside in San Diego, California.
What would you do with the $25,000?if I won $25,000 I would help my daughter get a new car so that she can continue to get to work and to make those wonderful creations she makes at Ironside restaurant in San Diego California
