Who is your culinary inspiration?I admire chefs who stay connected to their roots and push creativity. Chef Leonor from Colombia is a big inspiration to me.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would invest it directly into my culinary future. One of my biggest goals is to continue building something of my own through food, whether that’s reopening my own restaurant or creating new opportunities to share my cooking with more people.
