My signature dishes are built around balance — bold flavor, fresh ingredients, and intentional technique. One of my favorites is a balsamic-seared steak paired with vibrant vegetables, layered textures, and clean flavors that feel indulgent while still nourishing. I want every plate to feel memorable, comforting, and creative all at once.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from everywhere: music, culture, hospitality, and wellness. Growing up in a low-income environment, I could only imagine what “real food” experiences looked like beyond my surroundings. That curiosity became passion. Food became more than survival to me — it became creativity, connection, comfort, and possibility. Today, I’m inspired by the idea that a single meal can change someone’s mood, perspective, or even their day.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would first give back to my mom for everything she has sacrificed for me. I would also invest part of it into building my dream in hospitality and culinary innovation. Another portion would go toward supporting a women’s shelter, because I believe success should also create hope and support for others.For me, success is not just about money — it’s about creating stability, opportunity, and something meaningful that lasts beyond me.
