I don’t know that I have an actual signature dish; I guess my signature is home cooked meals, whether it be Mexican, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Greek, Vietnamese, Philippine, Mongolian, German, Lebanese or Indian inspired. What would you do with the $25,000?Since I can’t buy a house with that amount, though I would like to, I would put it toward making sure my family is taken care of first. If they are taken care of, then I would probably invest it into opening a small kitchen business, where I could start with a limited menu of my own; small, home cooked, comforting meals, maybe a pop-up window. I would like to eventually build up to being able to hire employees to help run the show. The show I mean a kitchen, not your TV show.. haha..
