Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration was my Great Grand Mother. She was the first one to teach me to cook, her food was always delicious when I was a child. The more I learned. The more interested in the field I became.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would create a trendy cafe offering sweets, meal of the day, Coffee, trendy drinks.
