Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my mother and her five sisters. They could take nothing and turn it into something fantastic. I believe that’s why the culinary industry became such a big part of my life.
What would you do with the $25,000?I am an FCS teacher and I have students who live in a rural community & face food insecurity on a daily basis. I help fund a summer food program and I would create an Emergency Food Fund. -Keep a secure stock of gift cards to the nearest grocery store for emergency situations. Most of all, I love my students and they deserve the best! I would remodel my classroom to teach culinary skills and update the 50 year old equipment.
