Remember, I’m just a corporate sr leader who loves to experiment so I haven’t don’t anything super fancy YET. :) I’d say it’s my grilled honey salmon filet with grilled asparagus.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Oh my! So many but Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington, Tiffany Derry and recently from watching baking shows I’ve fallen in love with Carla Hall’s humor (not just saying that) and Ree Drummond.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d take culinary lessons to learn more about ingredients and the many ways they can be used together. For example, Mascarpone. I always see people using it but have never tried myself. I’d like to create a platform to help others feel motivated to put themselves out there.
