Rather than just one signature dish and being known for one signature dish, I enjoy creating cuisine inspired by many different cultural backgrounds, which allows me to craft personalized dining experiences tailored to any occasion.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I’m inspired more by experiences than by one specific chef. I love learning about different cultural cuisines and finding ways to blend flavor, presentation, and comfort into something memorable with wide range of culinary influences, from globally inspired cuisine to elevated comfort food.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the $25,000, I would grow my personal chef business through better kitchen access, marketing, and operational support. Part of the funding would also help build the community garden I’m creating to encourage fresh produce, healthier lifestyles, and stronger community connections. This investment would allow me to expand sustainably while creating meaningful culinary experiences inspired by quality, culture, wellness, and the joy of bringing people together through food.
