My signature dishes would be a Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie that melts in your mouth, Lemon Blueberry Scones made with hand zested lemons, Sourdough Breads that are both crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, English Muffins that barely even need a little butter for the perfect breakfast side, and more!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I love Ina Garten! I received her cookbook for Christmas and was able to make 5 dishes from the book that same day without going to the store. Her love of cooking was my inspiration.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were honored enough to win, this money would help me fund my dream to expand my home bakery to more retail. I’d love to have a space of my own and be able to ship my cookies across the country with the dream of maybe franchising eventually! Small tidbit: Nothing makes me happier than cooking, baking, and showing my friends and family love by filling their bellies with delicious and healthy foods!
