My signature dish would be my fruit pies, or for a savory dish a venison tenderloin with local and seasonal grilled vegetables.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would be my Grandma. She taught me everything I know and I cooked and baked with her since I could stand before she passed in 2010. I also love to watch Alex Guarnaschelli, Julia Childs, Gordon Ramsay, and old Iron Chef episodes from Japan.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000 I would pay off some of my student loans and put a down payment on a house. My fiance and I have been saving and winning $25,000 would make that dream possible. We have previously lived in a 25 ft travel trailer with 3 cats for a long time to save money, or small apartments, and this would finally let us make that dream come true.
