Beeing italian my many sauces are pasta inspired.I can my own sauces from farm fresh picked Roma tomatoes and was thought how to preserve them without any preservatives. If it’s not in the tomato it’s not in the sauce .
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would have to say my Mom . My first cooking assignment was given to me at 7 years old . The assignment was make homemade tagliatelle and a ragu’ and the driver would be there at 2:00 to pick it up and was handed a 3 foot stick . She simply said 1 kilo of flour , 7 eggs and 2 tablespoons of of water . That day I learned life and problem solving. My Mom assumed that I had been at her side when she cooked that I knew enough to cook on my own . I have been cooking ever since practice does p
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to start a show that could be adapted anywhere .Teach people how to make healthy meals on a budget using the three day rule : today’s meal, tomorrow’s, and one to freeze.America’s food waiste is out of control . Teach people how to reduce waist by repurposing left over .
