Who is your culinary inspiration?My Country Austria, influenced by Italian, Croatian, Slovenian, and Hungarian Cuisine (former Austrian Empire). And of course, Carla Hall, Gordon Ramsay, Alex Guarnachelli, Jaimie Oliver, Wolfgang Puck and many more.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd like to be able to start my own little Café/Bakery "Austrian Style", and upgrade may kitchen at home.
