Starting with a nice thick cut Kansas City strip steak served over a bed of sweet coconut rice and crispy fried brussel sprouts, glazed with a light brown sugar bourbon reduction.

What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to get the $25,000 dollars I would immediately start my own business! Make my dream a reality and show people what cooking from a passion can create!
