Growing up with Caribbean Colombian flavors taught me that food is more than a recipe — it’s memory, comfort, and connection. I’m inspired by the women in my family, seasonal ingredients, beautiful cafés, and cuisines from around the world. As Chef Lilo, I blend comfort food with elegance and creativity, creating dishes that feel soulful, welcoming, and full of heart.
