Who is your culinary inspiration?I am inspired by nature and all the varieties we enjoy. Fresh, seasonal, and inexpensive produce to showcase amazing flavours. I’m inspired by the farms and great chefs from the south of France.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest in a professional content creator set up to make videos for people to teach how to cook at home. Showing techniques and how to make the most out of simple ingredients.
