Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandparents are huge inspirations. My grandfather cooked for the soldiers and grandmother cooked everyday for her family. One chef I admire is Leah Chase from Dooky Chase restaurant. I would love to visit that restaurant and would have loved to work under her.
