Who is your culinary inspiration?To choose any individual would be undermining our industry. I admire and learn from everyone. My current inspiration are my goals. 1) Love all food I cook. 2) Grow everyday. 3) Support to end hunger.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would give a large donation to the Three Square food bank, and use the remaining to finally travel to Italy!
