I'd have to say that my signature dish would be my Korean BBQ Braised short ribs with crispy shallots and garlic rice.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Ha, as cheesy as it may sound, I would have to say the my culinary inspiration is my father. I grew up watching my mother and grandmother throw down in the kitchen like it was nobody's business. But my palate truly expanded when I moved in with my dad, a chef who isn't afraid to try everything and challenge his own skills and expand his own palate.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’ve recently developed a strong desire to open a food truck. I love the experience and atmosphere that comes with exceptional fine dining, but I also have a deep appreciation for street food. Food that’s quick and convenient, yet so flavorful and memorable that people are already planning their next visit before they leave. I want to create something that delivers that same level of excitement and satisfaction: elevated comfort food with the soul, energy, and accessibility of street
