Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from a mix of culture, resilience, and the chefs who turned food into storytelling and opportunity. I’m inspired by chefs like Marcus Samuelsson, who honor heritage while pushing culinary boundaries and creating space for community and mentorship. I am also inspired by people I grew up around like family, friends, mentors.
What would you do with the $25,000?If selected as Favorite Chef, the $25,000 would be used to expand the impact of the Chef Levar Foundation and create more opportunities for underserved youth through culinary education, mentorship, and community outreach.
