Who is your culinary inspiration?I have many people that I look up to. I am not professionally trained and never had a proper mentor, so being self taught has been challenging but rewarding. What I lack in classic skill I strive to more than make up for with an understanding of flavor. I’m particularly drawn to chefs who prepare rustic dishes that showcase heart.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put 90% back into the business and take 10% to have a little staycation and recharge.
