Who is your culinary inspiration?Carla Hall from the minute I watched her on Top Chef I felt a kindred connection. She isn't fancy names or boujee ingredients just really good food. I also adore Ina Garten for similar reasons. She uses fine but accessible recipes.
What would you do with the $25,000?Begin my Hygge Experience shop. I want to open a place that feels like magic to children and adults. A bakery with a learning tree for my oldest son Ayden to teach about dinosaurs and animals. A shop for my Dylan to teach kids about tinkering while his soon to be fiance creates beautiful pastries, flower arrangements and teaches chalk art. There will be a smoke room for my Shane to sell smoked meats and sides. Then my little hygge area with teas, flowers, linens and entertainment ware.
