What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to launch a meal prep company that provides fresh, nutritious, culturally familiar soul food meals for seniors and people with disabilities in the Sacramento region. This mission is personal to me because I am the son of an aging parent in a senior community, and I understand the value of meals that are comforting, accessible, and prepared with care. From there, I would expand into a food truck and eventually have multiple trucks serving other regions.
