Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother, legend has it, before she was crippled with diabetes, she used to cook for the neighborhood and inviting the homeless into her home, especially during the holidays where she would feed them hot fresh meals.
What would you do with the $25,000?Start my business Essential Eats. It was created in 2020 with no take off due to financial burden and loss of job. The foundation is to feed and help those in need from meals, to paid bills, helping college students, helping with household and auto repairs for those struggling to make ends meet.
