Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is a Michelin star Chef named Donald Young. I had trained with him for nine months throughout that nine months I have learned a number of techniques, especially with the scientific methods introducing to my cooking techniques
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to help fund my youth program. I teach kids in my neighborhood how to cook the basics culinary skills so that they can choose to further their career if they decide to.
