I love Asian fusion - Japanese and Thai fusion mainly. My donburi rice bowls are sensational, but also I make banging salads! There’s an art to it I promise.. anything flavour packed, light and fresh.. lots of herbs always!
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Instagram feed.. following London restaurants is elite, I’d like to think I give a bit of Nigella, but I’m too ladette for that, and eccentric and outspoken, so a Gordon Ramsey Nigella Lawson love child
What would you do with the $25,000?Something boring like invest it, so I can get out of yachting sooner and start up my own venture, become my own boss.
