Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is the Leah bowl. It is couscous topped with BBQ shrimp in a spicy seasoning, BBQ sweet potatoes, onion, peppers and cojita cheese. Sometimes I top it with chicken instead of shrimp.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Emeril. I watched his show with my brother growing up. I would ask for ingredients so I could make his recipes or complete a recipe I found online. He is just wholesome and his recipes are delicious, BAM!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take a trip with my family. I would also have cooking classes with my students and their parents to help them create healthy snacks and meals. A lot of my students are picky eaters and I would love to do a good therapy/cooking class with them.
