I thought a lot about this question. I was going to say I don’t have one. But when I really thought about it and for me personally, one of MY favorites is a simple ham and bean soup that I’ve made more times than probably anything else. I’ve gotten so many people tell me how good it is. I think it’s because of how simply delicious it is!
Who is your culinary inspiration?Like many, it started with family! Making Hungarian dishes with my grandfather and my Aunt teaching me how to bake. But mostly watching my mother make so many homemade meals with very very little was and is just incredible to me. I became obsessed with Yan can cook and Julia Child in the early 90’s. And then came Emeril, The Essence of Emeril! This man changed my life, it wasn’t until I started watching him in the later 90’s that I knew I was going to be a chef someday!!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely upgrade my knives. I’ve never had a really really good knife in my hand, as I never became a chef. Obviously cookware next and then some outdoor cooking area things!! Please don’t donate to have me win. I didn’t pay attention enough to realize that was a thing. I’m just not the one that wants donations for this type of thing. Sorry! It just feels weird 😮💨
