Every pot I make carries a piece of my heritage and my heart.

My greatest culinary inspiration is my mother, Jennifer. She taught me that food is an expression of love, service, and family. Her passion for cooking came from my grandmother, Muriel, whose recipes, traditions, and spirit became the foundation of everything I create today. Muriel’s legacy lives on through my business, Muriel’s Trinidadian-American Cuisine. Every dish I serve is my way of honoring the women who came before me and preserving our family story.
