Risotto is something that I’ve always been a huge fan of. Different variations and endless flavor profiles you can play with. So, I’d have to go with that.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would have to be my very first chef, he’s Paved my way to who I am today and I still care to call and ask his opinion on things to this day, And his advise when I can.
What would you do with the $25,000?25k would put my fiancee and I in a really good position with us having a baby by the end of the year, be able to help with my aspirations of being my own boss and but mostly would love to have the opportunity to be able to put my family in a good financial situation
